Return Policy

Puzzlemax® LLC. products are produced in limited quantities and inspected for quality before shipping. Because of the collectible nature of our puzzles, trading cards, and educator materials, all sales are final. Puzzlemax does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will gladly review the issue and may offer one of the following at our discretion:

- A replacement for the same product (if available) 

- A comparable product of equal value 

- A store credit for future use 

 

To request a review, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Puzzlemax does not replace individual puzzle pieces or trading cards. 

We cannot offer refunds for: 

- Customer error (incorrect address, duplicate orders, etc.) 

- Normal wear, handling, or assembly issues 

- Products purchased through third‑party retailers
